This policy explains how PEMA Travel uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and the GDPR.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels used by our booking partners.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary — site security, load balancing and remembering your language and currency choice. Set without consent.
• Functional — remembering choices you make in forms and the flight search.
• Affiliate / marketing — partner cookies that would attribute a booking to PEMA Travel. No booking partner is currently active, so no such cookie is set.
• Analytics — aggregated statistics on how the site is used.

3. Consent

Non-essential cookies are only set after you accept them in our consent banner (§ 25 TDDDG). Partner scripts are not loaded before that, and none are active at present. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, by clearing cookies in your browser, or by writing to info@pematravel.com.

4. Managing cookies

All common browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking affiliate cookies does not prevent you from booking, but the booking will not be attributed to us.
