These Terms of Service govern your use of www.pematravel.com, operated by PEMA Travel, Filderstadt, Stuttgart, Germany. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. Our role

PEMA Travel is a travel agent (Reisevermittler) based in Filderstadt, Germany. We advise you and arrange travel services with licensed tour operators and booking partners. We are not a tour operator, airline, hotel or insurer, and the travel contract is concluded directly with the respective provider, whose terms, prices and cancellation rules apply.

2. Prices and availability

We do not publish our own prices. Any price you see comes from a partner, is indicative, may exclude taxes and fees and can change at any time. Amounts converted from EUR are shown for orientation only; the partner charges in its own currency.

3. Affiliate disclosure

We participate in affiliate programmes and may receive a commission when you book via a partner link. This never increases your price.

4. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, overload or interference with the site.
• No misuse of our brand, content or partner links.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to typical foreseeable damage. We accept no liability for the services, content or availability of third-party partners.

6. Applicable law and dispute resolution

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
